La Costa Concierge Helps Elders Achieve Their “Bucket List” Dreams

CARLSBAD, CA, February 04, 2012 — La Costa Concierge, a leading provider of elder care services, announced today they are offering “Bucket List” services to help the elderly achieve some of the things they always wanted to do, like go to the Superbowl.

“This is one of our most exciting services,” said Michael Harlow, CEO of La Costa Concierge. “We use our concierge network to help the elderly fulfill their dreams or the things they have had on their bucket list and do it in style. The sky is the limit to what we can provide.”

La Costa Concierge uses their extensive network of contacts in the entertainment, travel, sports and other industries to pull from.

Here is a short sample of what La Costa Concierge can do for you; take a ride in a Bugatti sports car, have dinner with Clint Eastwood, charter a private jet, visit Bora Bora or go on an African safari, run a marathon (they will push you in a wheelchair), learn a new language, stay on a private island, go to the Superbowl, ride the Orient Express, have a star named after you… the list goes on.

“We have just helped a couple in their 70′s go on a dream trip to Rapa Nui to see the Easter Island moai statues,” continues Michael. “They went to Africa on a photo-safari before that and they want to keep the adventure alive while they can.”

La Costa Concierge will ensure that clients are safe and have the ability to do these functions both physically and financially. Elder challenges should not stop the brave at heart. They coordinate the perfect match with one of their specially trained Personal Attendants. La Costa Concierge’s employee will escort them based on the plan set out by family, doctors or the traveler themselves. They want clients to have the time of their life, however they also want to ensure wealth and health preservation.

Working with the clients directly or appointed person, La Costa Concierge can provide almost anything a client can envision. Fees are based on the total plan from start to finish. Every Bucket List is unique so fees are based on the health, travel and personal attendant needs. The consultation fee is $100 an hour, however when they may be able to get you on a submarine to the bottom of the ocean, it’s a drop in the bucket.

La Costa Concierge specializes in Concierge Private Duty Non-Medical Care services for anyone needing help with Activities of Daily Living/Personal Care. Their experience with residents in the North County San Diego area has prepared their staff in the art of caring for local community leaders, business people, homemakers, war veterans and more.

Services can be provided both short and long term. They make every effort to match personalities between the care provider and client. Continuity with the care provider is also important and is a primary reason their clients and families refer to them.
