The Gyminny Kids Open House to Celebrate National Gymnastics Day
National Gymnastics Day would be reason enough to celebrate but North County Gymnastics and The Gyminny Kids will host an open house Saturday, September 18th to kick off the start of the international fitness movement Motion Evolution and the gymnastics center’s birthday.
A mainstay in the San Diego community of Rancho Bernardo, Gyminny Kids has been instilling the importance of fitness through recreational gymnastics for the last 24 years. Now the gym is taking children’s fitness instruction to the next level with the introduction of Motion Evolution (Mo Ev).
Through highly successful Motion Evolution camps this summer, Gyminny Kids prepared for the kick off of this exciting new approach to kids fitness and nutrition as part of the fall class schedule beginning September 21st.
National Gymnastics Day is celebrated nationwide and Gyminny Kids is proud to be a part of it. The Open House will be held from 2:30 to 4:30pm on Saturday, September 18th. There will be performances from the highly acclaimed Gyminny Kids Demo Teams, Motion Evolution class demonstrations, and education on the importance of fitness and gymnastics. The kid favorite “Bungee Bouncer” system will be available for a fee along with games and prizes. While you’re there, make sure to meet the staff of instructors and have your children take a short pre-test to enroll in classes.
