Unidentified Suspect Sought in Commercial Burglary and Identity Theft

San Diego County Crime Stoppers and detectives from the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department Vista station are asking for assistance from the public in identifying a suspect wanted for identity theft and commercial burglary.
Detectives said that on September 1, 2010 at about 1:00 p.m., a suspect entered the Target store, located at 1781 University Drive in Vista, and attempted to use a credit card that had been stolen a day before in a vehicle burglary.
The suspect in the video is described as a White male adult, 18-20 years old, with a thin build. He has short brown hair and was wearing a white shirt, plaid shorts and black flip flops.
Detectives are asking anyone with information on the identity and or location of the person(s) responsible for this crime to call the SDSD Vista Station at (760) 940-4551 or the Crime Stoppers anonymous tip line at (888) 580-8477. There is a reward of up to $1,000 offered in this case. Anonymous email and text messages can be sent in via San Diego County Crime Stoppers website.
