Cook like a Celebrity Chef this Thanksgiving!

Thanksgiving is not always what it’s cracked up to be. For those of us whose families are lacking some pivotal culinary skills this can mean burned turkeys or even for the seriously impaired microwave mashed potato mixes.

However, this month the Celebrity Chefs Tours is giving San Diegans a chance to change all of that. The popular show occurring on November 14th, will host three chefs and a mixologist who will individually take the stage to show audiences how to prepare the best thanksgiving meal of their lives. And best of all each audience member gets a sample of the chefs’ dishes to nosh on while they learn.

Our fabulous chefs for November will include mixologist Mike Yen of Avenue 5, Ranch and Coast’s bartender of the year. Followed by appetizers from local Giuseppe Ciuffa of Giuseppe Catering and Restaurants. Then for the entrée the big time chefs of Coast 2 Coast Cuisine JR Cifrese and Ed Gallagher whom you may recognize from features at Disney, CNBC and The Food Network. Finally, the event will be topped off with a fabulously rich dessert from none other than Ro Zinniger, a cake stylist with more than a few treats up her sleeve.
