La Costa Resort and Spa to Undergo Renovations in 2011
The La Costa Resort & Spa is on the brink of exciting change, with 2011 shaping up to be the iconic resort’s transformational year. Apart from the major renovations that are scheduled to take place from March 2011 all the way to the fall, developments are also in store for La Costa real estate, according to leading La Costa Realtor Rebecca Van Wieren.
“2011 is going to be an exciting year at La Costa,” says Van Wieren, who was born and raised in the North County Coastal San Diego region and was a member of the original La Costa Resort Villas sales team. “The resort is going to undergo extensive re-design and renovation efforts in 2011, all of which are meant to enhance La Costa’s offerings.”
“The time to buy is now before this renovation is complete and while prices are still affordable. The La Costa Resort Villas are starting as low as $395,000 and Chateau condos with tennis court views are in the low $300,000’s, both inside the gates of La Costa Resort & Spa. Also new townhomes will be developed on the South Course, which will feature views that overlook the 5th hole starting in the $300,000’s.”
Since it first opened its doors in 1965, the La Costa Resort & Spa has been a favorite international vacation destination. In its quest to provide members and guests with the best resort experience, the resort has decided to completely revamp many of its key features, including its golf courses, conference center, spa, guestrooms and suites. An infinity pool is also in the works, as well as new outdoor venues that sport panoramic views of the surrounding area.
“2011 will have a plethora of options for those who are interested in La Costa homes for sale,” says Van Wieren, whose wide range of expertise includes a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) designation.
